Food Ingredients China 2025 – The 28th China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition

The 28th China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition, in conjunction with the 34th National Food Additives Production and Application Technology Exhibition (FIC 2025), will be held from March 17 to 19, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

Organized by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association (CFAA) and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Light Industry Sub-Council (CCPIT LIS), FIC is dedicated to serving the food industry with its exceptional quality, international reach, professional focus, and strong branding. Since its inception in 1997, FIC has grown into Asia’s largest and most influential trade fair for food additives and ingredients. The CFAA is a government-approved industry organization representing the national food additives and ingredients sector. With 800 domestic and 100 international members, it plays a vital role in the production, application, and trade of food additives and ingredients in China. The CFAA also publishes *China Food Additives*, the country’s only national-level professional journal for the industry.

As a branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), CCPIT LIS facilitates communication and cooperation between Chinese and international enterprises. It actively engages in economic and trade activities, organizes exhibitions and conferences, and provides business services for domestic and international companies.
