On August 27, 2025, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) held its regular monthly press briefing to announce commercial certification data for July.
According to CCPIT spokesperson Wang Guannan, in July 2025, the trade promotion system issued a total of 741,700 certificates, including certificates of origin, ATA carnets, and commercial certificates, representing a 10.82% year-on-year increase, reflecting the strong growth momentum of China's foreign trade in mid-2025.

* Number of certificates: 398,100
* Preferential Certificates of Origin:
* Endorsement value: USD 8.756 billion (YoY +39.66%)
* Number of certificates: 276,300 (YoY +49.42%)
* RCEP Certificates of Origin:
* Endorsement value: USD 747 million (YoY +26.90%)
* Number of certificates: 27,065 (YoY +29.73%)
Wang Guannan noted that the robust growth in both the value and volume of preferential certificates demonstrates the resilience and vitality of China's foreign trade. It also reflects that Chinese exporters are increasingly skilled in leveraging preferential trade policies, including RCEP, to adapt, innovate, and explore new markets.
