Downstream enterprises have a sluggish demand for titanium dioxide and make purchases on an as-needed basis while choosing lower prices. By the end of the fourth week of November, the quotations for rutile titanium dioxide produced by the sulfuric acid process in China were mostly in the range of 14,500 - 15,900 yuan per ton.

As for titanium concentrate, the prices of titanium concentrate in the Panxi area of China have been operating on the weak side. Currently, the Chinese market is sluggish. As it is the off-season for the downstream titanium dioxide market, the demand is rather low and the purchasing atmosphere among downstream enterprises is just so-so. By the end of the fourth weekend of November, the tax-exclusive quotations for 38 - 42 grade titanium middling ore were around 1,400 - 1,450 yuan per ton, the tax-exclusive quotations for 46 grade 10 titanium concentrate were 2,030 - 2,080 yuan per ton, and the quotations for 47 grade 20 titanium concentrate were around 2,200 - 2,350 yuan per ton.
